比賽規則：

1. 本會有權修改已公佈之比賽目錄，其內容如有更改，將於本會網站公佈「比賽

目錄修正」，一切資料均以網上之最新公佈為準。

2. 本會有權安排任何比賽於比賽期間的任何一日、任何時段及任何場地舉行。

3. 除考試原因外，均不接受更改比賽日期、時間、地點、比賽次序和調組別之要求。

如未能依時參賽，則視作棄權論，已繳之報名費亦不獲返還。如因考試原因要求更

改比賽事項，參賽者必須以書面形式，連同學校証明，於大會宣佈安排後之五日內

遞交本會批核。如未能在指定日期申請更改比賽事項，本會將不獲受理。

4. 賽事委員會有權隨時更改比賽時間表。如遇上由天文台發出因惡劣天氣或其他特殊

原因而需要停課之指示，所有當日舉行之賽事將會全部取消，直至另行通告。

5. 大會有權因應參賽情況而作出相應安排及改動。

6. 大會有權因應情況而取消任何賽事。有關參賽者將獲發通知。

7. 本會將根據每一個項目的報名人數及選曲長度，把項目分成若干小組，小組之間

不會互為比較。

8. 參賽者需為評判提供一份樂譜影印本，給評判作參考。所有提交之影印本樂譜，將

不獲發還。

9. 參賽者一經報名，出席與否，報名費將不獲退還亦不得轉讓他人或轉作另一項比賽

之費用。

10. 參賽者所填報之資料必須屬實。如有違規者，其參賽資格將被取消。所有資料只

會作比賽之用。

11. 各項比賽之時間表均由本會編訂，而參賽者之分組及出場次序則隨機決定。參賽者

不依照時間表所定之次序及編號出賽均以「不依出場序」處理，一律只獲評語，沒

有分數，亦不獲發獎狀。

12. 本會有權修改參賽者之出場次序及時間，參賽者不得異議。

13. 如評判認為該組参賽者未達獲獎水平，將不會頒發任何獎項名次及該名次之獎品，

而前五名亦將會空缺。

14. 於評判宣佈結果前，任何人士（包括參賽者、家長及老師）均不得與評判接觸。

如有詢問，須聯絡在場之比賽助理。違者將被取消資格或會被請離場。

15. 報名程序必須以報名費收妥後始作生效。

16. 所有參賽者必須遵守大會所定有關之規則，違規者大會有權取消其參賽資格。

17. 大會及評判所作出之決定為最終依歸，任何人不得異議。

18. 大會保留賽事規則及條款、獎項、比賽及評判安排之更改權利，而毋須事先作出知

會。

19. 所有未有付款、附上期票、資料錯誤、不屬實或未完全填妥之報名表格，不論參賽

前或參賽後、均可不獲受理或取消資格，已繳交的費用恕不還。

20. 各參賽者之個人影像、作品或獲獎資料等，可能被上傳至本基金會之網頁或宣傳刊

物中作宣傳之用，大會無須向參賽者支付任何費用。

21. 請留意本會網址www.hkgbmf.com 以取得最新消息及有關資料，如錯過比賽時間，本

會概不負責，報名費用概不退還。

22. 參賽者一經報名則表示同意比賽章程之內容，並會嚴格遵守。

 

賽場規則：

1. 各參賽者必須於指定報到時間內帶備有相片之證明文件(如：學生手冊、學生證、

護照或其他證明文件)到報到處報到，以便工作人員核對。

2. 各參賽者必須準時出席，遲到或不出席比賽者則作棄權論，所有費用概不退回。

3. 所有於賽事遲到之參賽者，會獲安排至該組比賽完畢後即時補賽；唯評判只會

發給評語，分數及名次角逐權均被取消。

4. 參賽者必須嚴格遵守大會所指定之表演時限。如表演超時，評判將要求參賽者暫停。

演奏，未能遵守者，將被取消資格。

5. 評判有權在任何時間終止參賽者之表演。

6. 會場內，並不提供賽前練習之安排。

7. 參賽者必需背譜比賽。看譜比賽的参賽者評判只會給予評語不會評分。

9. 由於場地的座位有限，每位參賽者只可由一位家長或導師陪同進入比賽場地。

10. 比賽場地之座位將優先留予該場比賽之參賽者。如個別場地座位不足，陪同參賽

者之老師或家長有機會不獲安排進場。

11. 所有在場人士均需小心看管個人財物。如有任何遺失，賽事委員會均不會負責。

12. 參賽者比賽時須穿著整齊。

13.比賽場內嚴禁錄音、錄影和拍照，不遵守賽場規則的人員將會被求離開比賽場地。

 

獎盃、獎金和證書：

1. 未於頒獎典禮上領取獎盃、證書和評分紙的參賽者，請於比賽後60天內到指定地點領取

(領取地點：香港九龍城聯合道54地下)。逾期領取者將需繳交港幣50元行政費，如6個月內

未領取者，即當作放棄文件和獎項處理論。或以郵寄方式領取，唯參賽者須自行承擔郵費。

2. 所有獎金將於頒獎典禮頒結束後即場以現金派發。未能出席頒獎典禮之獲獎者，獎金將不

獲發放，以放棄獎學金處理。

3. 所有獲得獎金的獲獎者(包括卓越老師金獎)，頒獎典禮結束後，須在監護人陪同下

(年滿18歲参賽者除外)，帶備身份證明文件到場地獎金申領處填寫獎金認領申請書

即場領取獎金。未能於當天填寫獎金認領申請書的参賽者，以放棄獎學金處理。

4. 報名表的資料必須填寫完整，指導導師和學校的資料必須在報名時填寫完整，不能後

補，如報名時未能完整填寫相關資料，則以放棄獎學金處理。

 

Competition rules:

1. The Foundation has the right to modify the announced competition catalogue. If there is any change in the content, it will be announced on the website of the Foundation in the "Competition Catalog Amendment", all information is subject to the latest announcement on the Internet.

2. The Foundation has the right to arrange any competition to be held on any day, any time period and any venue during the competition period.

3. Except for examination reasons, requests to change the competition date, time, venue, competition sequence and group adjustment are not accepted. If you fail to participate on time, it will be regarded as a waiver, and the paid registration fee will not be refunded. If it is required to change due to examination reasons to change the competition, the participants must submit a written form, together with the school certificate, within five days after the conference announces the arrangement submit for approval. If you fail to apply for changing the competition details on the specified date, the association will not accept it.

4. The Foundation has the right to change the competition schedule at any time. In case of bad weather or other special conditions issued by the Observatory. If there is an instruction to suspend classes for any reason, all competition held on the day will be canceled until further notice.

5. The Foundation has the right to make corresponding arrangements and changes according to the competition situation.

6. The Foundation has the right to cancel any event due to circumstances. Competitors will be notified.

7. The Foundation will divide participants into several categories according to the number of applicants and the length of the performance. Each category is independent of the others and so are the adjudication and results.
8. Competitors are required to provide a photocopy of the score for the judges' reference. All submitted photocopies of sheet music will not be refundable.

9. Once the participant registers, the registration fee will not be refunded and cannot be transferred to another person or transferred to another competition whether he attends.

10. The personal information provided by the competitors must be true. Violators will be disqualified from the competition. All information only will be used for competition.

11. The timetable for each competition is compiled by the Foundation. The grouping and order of appearance of the competitors are randomly determined. Competitors who do not follow the sequence and numbers specified in the timetable will be treated as "out of sequence" and will only receive comments. No marks and certificates will be issued.

12. The Foundation has the right to modify the order and time of the competitors. Objection is not acceptable.

13. In the cases when the best performance in the category do not reach the standard of the winning level, no placing and prize will be awarded. The top five will also be vacant.

14. Before the judges announce the results, no one (including contestants, parents and teachers) is allowed to contact the judges. In case of enquiries, the on-site competition assistant must be contacted. Violators will be disqualified or asked to leave the venue.

15. The registration process will be completed after the registration fee is received.

16. All competitors must abide by the relevant rules set by the Foundation, and the Foundation has the right to disqualify violators.

17. The decisions made by the Foundation and judges are final. Objection is not acceptable.

18. The Foundation has the right to change the rules and terms of the competition, awards, competitions and judging arrangements without prior notice.

19. All unpaid, promissory note attached, incorrect information, untrue or incomplete application forms, regardless of participation, competitors will be rejected or disqualified before or after the competition, and the registration fees will not be refunded.

20. Individual images, works or award-winning materials of competitors may be uploaded to the Foundation’s website or promotional publications for publicity purposes, the Foundation does not need to pay any fees to the competitors.

21. Please pay attention to the website www.hkgbmf.com to obtain the latest news and relevant information. If you miss the game time, the Foundation will not be responsible and the registration fee will not be refunded.

22. Once the participants sign up, they agree to the content of the competition regulations and will strictly abide by them.

 

Competition venue rules:

1. Each participant must bring a photo proof document (such as: student handbook, student ID card, passport or other supporting documents) to report at the registration office so that the staff can check.

2. All competitors must be present on time. Those who are late or do not attend the competition will be regarded as abstainers, and all fees will not be refunded.

3. All competitors who are late for the competition will be arranged to make up for the competition immediately at the end of the competition. Only the judges comments are sent, and the right to compete for scores and rankings will be cancelled.

4. Competitors must strictly abide by the performance time limit specified by the Foundation. If the performance is overtime, the judges will ask the competitors to pause.

Those who fail to comply will be disqualified.

5. The judges have the right to terminate the competitor’s performance at any time.

6. There are no arrangements for pre-competition practice in the venue.

7. All solo works are to be performed from memory. Competitors who violate this rule will only be given comments. Neither marks nor certificates will be awarded to them.
9. Due to the limited seats in the venue, each competitor can only enter the competition venue accompanied by one parent or leader.

10. Seats in the competition venue will be given priority to the participants of the competition. If there are insufficient seats in individual venues, leaders or parents of the competitors may not be allowed to enter the venue.

11. All those present are required to take good care of their personal belongings. The Foundation will not be responsible for any loss.

12. Competitors must be neatly dressed during the competition.

13. Recording, video recording and photographing are strictly prohibited in the arena, and those who do not abide by the rules of the arena will be asked to leave the arena.

 

Trophies, bonuses and certificates:

1. Competitors who did not collect their trophies, certificates and marksheet at the Prize-giving Ceremony, please collect them at the designated place within 60 days after the competition (Collect address: G/F, 54 Junction Road, Kowloon City, Hong Kong). Late collection will be required to pay an administrative fee of HKD50, such as within 6 months

those who have not received it will be regarded as giving up the documents and awards. If competitors pick it up by post, the postage is needed to pay by self.

2. All bonuses will be distributed in cash immediately after the Prize-giving Ceremony. Winners who are unable to attend the Prize-giving Ceremony will not receive any  bonus. It will be regarded as giving up scholarship.

3. All prize winners (including the Gold Award for Outstanding Teachers) must be accompanied by their guardians after the Prize-giving Ceremony (Except for those who are over 18 years old), bring your identity documents to the registration reception of the venue to fill out the application form to claim bonus instantly. Competitors who fail to fill in the application form for claiming the bonus on the same day will forfeit the scholarship.

4. The information on the registration form must be filled in completely, and the information on the teacher and the school must be filled in completely at the time of registration. If you fail to fill in the relevant information when you register, you will be treated as a waiver of the scholarship.
