Liu Qian, born in Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province, is a young violinist. She graduated from the Vienna Conservatory of Music in Austria, where she studied under the world-renowned violinist Jella Spitkeva. In 2001, she was admitted to the violin performance program at Heilongjiang University, studying under Jin Li and Wang Yanqin. In 2004, she studied violin performance under Xu Lü at the Central Conservatory of Music. In 2005, she joined the Harbin Symphony Orchestra, touring with the orchestra to numerous countries. In 2013, she went to Vienna for further studies. From 2014 to 2017, she was invited to perform with the Vienna New Vienna International Symphony Orchestra and also participated in rehearsals and performances with the Pro Arte Orchester Orchestra of the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna. In 2015, she was twice invited by the Mannheim Philharmonic Orchestra to tour Mannheim, Munich, Nuremberg, Karlsruhe, and Stuttgart in Germany. She also performed the Mozart Piano Quartet as a first violinist at the Mozart Haus in Vienna. In 2017, she enrolled in the Master's and Doctoral programs in Violin at the Slovakian National University of Arts, Banska-Bystrica, and the Master's program in Orchestra Performance at the Vienna Conservatory of Music. That same year, she participated in the 48th Wiener Musikseminar International Violin Masterclass at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna, and the 28th Allegro Vivo Music Festival International Violin Masterclass in Horn, Austria. She also participated in the 4th "Donizetti" Milan International Violin Masterclass in Italy and the 5th HSYM Milan International Vocal and Instrumental Competition, winning second prize in violin. In 2017, Liu Qian was selected to join the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the State Council of China's Huaxing Art Troupe - Austrian Huaxing Art Troupe. In June 2018, Liu Qian held a teacher-student concert in Harbin with world-renowned violinist Jella Spitkova. In September 2019, Liu Qian held a Mid-Autumn Festival concert in Harbin featuring Jella Spitkova and Liu Qian as violinists. In June 2021, Liu Qian performed classic revolutionary pieces such as "My Motherland," "Ode to Yan'an," "Defend the Yellow River," and "Ode to the Yellow River" for the audience at the Harbin Old Auditorium Concert Hall.

柳倩，出生于黑龍江省大慶市，青年小提琴家，畢業于奧地利維也納音樂學院，師承世界著名小提琴大師耶拉·詩比特克娃。 2001年，考入黑龍江大學音樂表演小提琴專業，師從金麗、王燕琴老師，2004年，師從中央音樂學院徐律老師，學習小提琴演奏。 2005年，考入哈爾濱市交響樂團，隨團出訪多個國家演出，2013年赴維也納深造。2014-2017年，受邀參加維也納new Vienna international symphony orchestra樂團演出，2014-2017年參加維也納國立音樂與表演藝術大學Pro Arte Orchester樂團排練與演出。2015年，兩次受邀于德國曼海姆愛樂樂團，在德國曼海姆，慕尼黑，紐倫堡，卡爾斯魯厄，斯圖加特巡演，2015年在維也納莫紮特音樂廳Mozart Haus作爲一提琴演出莫紮特鋼琴四重奏。 2017年，考入斯洛伐克國立班斯卡-比斯特裏察藝術大學小提琴專業碩博研究生，同年考入維也納音樂學院樂團表演專業碩士研究生 ；同年，參加在維也納國立音樂與表演藝術大學舉辦的第48屆Wiener Musikseminar國際小提琴大師班，同年參加第28屆在奧地利霍恩舉辦的Allegro Vivo音樂節國際小提琴大師班 ]；同年，參加第4屆“多尼采蒂”意大利米蘭國際小提琴大師班，曾參加第5屆HSYM意大利米蘭國際聲樂與器樂大賽，獲得小提琴專業二等獎。2017年，入選進入中國國務院僑辦華星藝術團-奧地利華星藝術團。2018年6月，柳倩與世界著名小提琴大師耶拉·詩比特克娃在哈爾濱舉辦師生音樂會。 2019年9月，柳倩在哈爾濱舉辦迎中秋耶拉詩比特科娃、柳倩雙小提琴音樂會。 2021年6月，柳倩在哈爾濱市老會堂音樂廳爲觀衆獻上《我的祖國》《延安頌》《保衛黃河》《黃河頌》等紅色經典曲目。
